Budget Management

We understand the importance of staying within your budget. Our experts will help you manage your wedding finances, providing guidance and suggestions to optimize your spending while maintaining your desired vision.

Attendance at Ceremony and Reception

Our dedicated team will be present at both your ceremony and reception to ensure everything runs smoothly. We will oversee the setup, coordinate with vendors, and handle any last-minute details, allowing you to focus on enjoying your day.

Theme, Design, and Moodboard

We’ll work closely with you to discuss your preferred theme, color palette, and overall wedding design. Our professional stylists will create a comprehensive moodboard that captures your vision, ensuring a cohesive and enchanting atmosphere throughout your celebration.

Vendor Appointments

We’ll accompany you to vendor appointments, offering our expertise and guidance in selecting the perfect photographer, videographer, and other vendors. We’ll assist you in understanding package details, coverage options, and negotiate the best terms on your behalf.

Graphic Design and Printing

If desired, we can source a talented graphic designer for your wedding stationery needs. We’ll assist with design choices, budget considerations, and oversee the printing process, ensuring a cohesive and beautifully branded wedding experience.

On-site coordination and seamless execution

We’ll conduct a wedding rehearsal with your bridal party, ensuring that everyone is comfortable and confident in their roles. Our team will guide the rehearsal and answer any questions to ensure a smooth ceremony.

The Cost

* Minimum budget we accept is 15.000 USD per event
* On a day of event we provide 4 pax crew. Additional crew is
provided based on number of guest and event plan
